In order to
establish service with the Westborough Water District, an
Application for Water and Sewer Service
will need to be completed and returned to the District along with an
$150.00 refundable deposit. The deposit will be applied to the
customer's final closing bill. A check will be issued for any
remaining credit within 30 days of closing the account.
Transferred customers will need to complete
the same requirements. If service is currently off, a
Release Form will need to be completed
in order for the District staff to turn the water service back on. We
also recommend that an
Emergency Response System Request Form be completed. This will facilitate
contacting customers in the event of emergencies.
To start
service, you will need to download the following documents:
1.
Application for Water
and Sewer Service.
2.
Billing Procedures and Information.
3.
Release Form (complete only if water service
is currently turned off).
4.
Emergency Response System Request Form.
